Description :

We offer half-day beginner's initiation that will allow you to discover the unique sensations of freediving accompanied by a certified instructor for a healthy, comfortable and safe practice.

​

Program (given for information) :

 

• Meet at 7:45 am in the center

• Distribution of equipment and briefing

• Breathing session on the beach

• Static freediving session

• Freediving discovery session on the cable

• Return to the center around 12:30 p.m

 

Highlights :

• Small group (4 people maximum)

• 1 session on the beach to learn breathing for freediving

• 1 trip at sea in an ideal environment

• Lunch included for full day trip

• No minimum age (Parental authorization in the case of minors)
