Description :

This one day training will initiate yourself to the different disciplines of freediving in complete safety and to evolve in the zone of 5m maximum depth. Your SSI instructor will be there to help you progress in comfort and at your own pace.

Program (given for information) :

 

• Meet at 7:45 am in our center

• Distribution of equipment and briefing

• Stretching and breathing session on the beach

• Static freediving session

• Session at sea on the rope

• Lunch break around 12:30pm (lunch included)

• Session at sea on the rope or exploration

• Return to the center around 03:00 p.m
