Description :

This 2 days training will bring you the main keys to initiation to depth with solid theoretical and technical bases. One of the goals will be to reach the 10 to 20m deep. Your SSI instructor will be there to help you progress in comfort and at your own pace.

​

This certification will allow you to dive in international structures in autonomy according to your level.

Program (given for information) :

Day 1

​

• Meet at 7:45 am in our center

• Distribution of equipment and briefing

• Stretching and breathing session on the beach

• Static freediving session

• Training session on the cable

• Lunch break around 12:30pm (lunch included)

• Exploration

• Return to the center around 03:30 p.m

Day 2

• Meet at 7:45 am in our center

• Distribution of equipment and pre-departure briefing

• Training session on the cable

• Lunch break around 12:30 pm (lunch included)

• Training session on the cable or Exploration

• Final exam

• End of the day around 03:30 p.m
