Description :

This 3 days training will allow you to consolidate the achievements of the SSI FREEDIVER level. One of the objectives will be to reach the zone of 20 to 30m deep and to work on the techniques of relaxation, compensation and to discover the free fall. Your SSI instructor will be there to help you progress in comfort and at your own pace.

This certification will allow you to dive in international structures in autonomy according to your level.

Day 1

​

• Meet at 7:45 am in our center

• Distribution of equipment and briefing

• Stretching and breathing session on the beach

• Static freediving session

• Lunch break around 12:30pm (lunch included)

• Training session on the cable or Exploration

• Return to the center around 03:30 p.m

Day 2

• Meet at 7:45 am in our center

• Distribution of equipment and briefing

• Training session on the cable

• Exploration session

• Lunch break around 12:30 pm (lunch included)

• Theoretical session

• End of the day around 03:30 p.m

Day 3

• Meet at 7:45 am in our center

• Distribution of equipment and pre-departure briefing

• Training session on the cable

• Exploration session

• Lunch break around 12:30 pm (lunch included)

• Training session on the cable

• Final exam

• End of the day around 03:30 p.m
