Description :

This one-day training will allow you to be calmer and more confident while diving deeper. Free Immersion freediving teaches you how to use your arms efficiently to dive up and down a line, giving you the chance to master your equalization skills.

Program :

 

• Meet at 8:30 am in our center

• Stretching and breathing session on the beach

• Distribution of equipment and pre-departure briefing

• Session at sea

• Lunch break around 12:30pm

• Session at sea

• Return to the center around 03:00 p.m

Access conditions :

​

• Be able to swim

• From 12 years old (Parental authorization in the case of minors)

• Have SSI Freediving Level 1 certification
